### What is GoInspect.ai?

GoInspect.ai is software for home inspectors and air quality inspectors that runs the whole business from one app: scheduling and routes, quotes and e-signed agreements, guided on-site capture with a voice companion, AI-assisted report writing, web and PDF reports, a 3D walkthrough, a client document portal and automatic mileage logs.

### How much does GoInspect.ai cost?

Essentials is $49 a month for a solo inspector with no AI, Inspector is $69 with AI, Growth is $129, Company is $229 with 3 inspectors included and $49 for each extra inspector, and Enterprise starts at $399. Paying yearly costs ten months’ price. There are no per-report fees. Essentials and Inspector each include 25 inspections a month, Growth 60, Company 150 shared across the team, and Enterprise 400.

### What if I need more inspections in a month?

Buy extra inspections in packs of 10 or 25 from Billing, or move up a plan. Pack inspections are used only after your plan’s monthly inspections run out, and they never expire. An inspection counts once per job, when its first report is approved, so an amended report never counts twice.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial that includes your plan's full monthly inspections. You add a card to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you have not added a card by the end of the trial, it simply ends.

### Do cheaper plans get weaker AI?

No. Essentials has no AI at all. Every plan from Inspector up uses the same AI models with the same fair-use allowance. Plans above Inspector differ by tools such as the 3D walkthrough, marketing and team features, never by AI quality.

### Does GoInspect.ai work without cell signal?

Yes, for field capture. Notes, photos, video, dictation, samples, readings and rooms save on the device and upload when signal returns, and a job you have opened reopens offline. Voice recognition and AI need a connection.

### Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The Android app includes guided capture, offline saving, automatic mileage tracking and ARCore room scanning. The iPhone app is in development; until then GoInspect.ai runs in the browser on any phone.

### Can my clients see the 3D walkthrough?

Yes, on Growth and up. When the walk recorded rooms, your client’s web report has an Explore in 3D button that opens the walkthrough in their browser, with the report’s photos on the walls of the rooms they were taken in. On every plan, the floor plan with findings by room is on the web report and in their document portal.

### Does it handle mold and indoor air quality inspections?

Yes. The Air Quality specialty adds samples and equipment, temperature, humidity and moisture readings, a chain of custody filled onto the lab’s own form, and fungal results rated Acceptable, Elevated or Serious. Choose Home, Air Quality or both when you set up.

### Can clients pay online?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account in Settings and clients pay estimate deposits, balances and invoices by card, straight into it. Stripe verifies your business and pays out to your bank; GoInspect.ai never holds the money and takes no fee. You can still record cheques, cash and transfers in a tap.
